I have never tasted a better bottling on release than the '19 from last night.
We have been blessed with so many charming vintages in the last ten years, but, this was something truly magnificent...supple fruit, firm but silky tannin...just delicious.

You'll recall that beginning in the Fall of 2020, we also now raise a glass to 'absent friends...' Indeed, Vintage 2019 is the very last wine that Renato made with his wife before his passing in the early Spring of 2020.
