Equilibrium Brewing "Seven Izzup" DIPA

"While we were discussing our love of New Zealand Hops, we took some tips from our friends from Florida on how to stay cool in this heat.

Seven Izzup was conceptualized when we decided to try to brew one of our most refreshing DIPA’s yet. We used a large percentage wheat grain bill, Motueka and Citra in the whirlpool and then dry hopped it with additional Motueka and added Wakatu. If that wasn’t enough, we conditioned it on fresh lemon and lime zest to finish it off. Crack a can open and you’ll instantly grab a hoppy bursts with a touch of lemon and lime. The flavor is crisp and matches the aroma with a bright and spritzy assortment of citrus, lime, and earth while the pillowy mouthfeel makes this a total crusher. The #EQjuice finish is extremely bright and refreshing. Nothing does it like Seven Izzup, a real thirst quencher."
