Tenuta Mara "Guiry" Rubicone Sangiovese

Medium intense ruby red colour, very clear tending towards transparent. A bouquet with delicate floral aromas of gorse and rose, raspberry, blackberry and black cherry to which are added surprising spicy notes of star anise and ginger towards the end.The delicate flavor is astonishing for the enveloping softness, a moderate freshness and veiled tannins that, overall, make it pleasantly balanced. The final sensory picture is completed with the much appreciated menthol notes.
