The Roccolo Del Durlo vineyard extends over one of the best volcanic territories in the entire Soave Classico area. The vineyard is characterized by marked steepness supported by dry stone walls of basaltic rock and numerous old vines that are over a hundred years old. In this ideal habitat, the Garganega grape manages to convey unique emotions that cannot be repeated elsewhere.

Straw yellow color with vivid golden reflections, intense aroma that mixes sensations of yellow fruit with citrus notes. Structured palate, enveloping and intriguing in the delicate notes of balsamic herbs. Elegant, almost exotic. A young wine that grows over time.

Fermentation in steel tanks, at a controlled temperature for 25 days. Totally matured in steel tanks on the fine lees, where it is subjected to constant batonnage for about 8 months
