The first white wine from Altos Las Hormigas is a fresh blend of Semillón and Chenin Blanc, two traditional varieties of the Mendoza Terroir. It shows a bright yellow color with golden reflections. It is very expressive on the nose, with intense notes of citrus, pineapple and peach. Floral notes also stand out, particularly orange blossom. The freshness in the mouth is given by its balanced acidity and a certain tension provided by the mineral notes. The finish is persistent, with very citric notes. This tasty wine is ideal to enjoy as an aperitif with personality or pair it with white meats, light sauces or ocean and river fish.
