Fun facts: While intentionally declassified to a Vin de France, this wine could fall within the following three appellations: IGP Cévennes, IGP Pays d'Oc or the AOC Duché d’Uzès.

Winemaking: Direct press of whole clusters. The juice is quickly cooled to help with racking off the gross lees. After they are removed, a pied de cuve from the same vineyard is added to the juice. Part of the wine is fermented and aged in barrique and the rest in concrete.
