100% pinot noir from a well-known Chablis producer. Three brother working together on a winery that was founded by their father in 1984. They are very dynamic, having grown and modernized their winery into one of the largest in the region. They are not so well-know because they are located in a little town just NE of Chablis in Collan.
The pinot noir vines for this wine are found in between the towns of Tonnerre and Molosmes. The wine is aged in a combination of stainless steel tanks, and older oak barrels. The wine has a lot of red cherry fruit, backed by a little spice. Very easy drinking, and it's an incredible value for estate grown/bottled pinot noir from Burgundy.
