Hereties Du Comte Lafon has been producing wines in the Macon since 1999. His focus on high quality production is to be compared to those of white wine makers coming out of the most prestigious white wine making regions in Burgundy! Bright yellow. Elegant nose combines aromas of vineyard peach, flowers, minerals and curry (the latter a "marker" of the vintage in the Mâconnais, according to Caroline Gon), lifted by spicy oak notes of clove and nutmeg. Very rich and concentrated, with yellow peach and mineral flavors and a very firm, long finish.
