Winemaking
• Each vineyard block was fermented separately
• 15-20% whole cluster depending on the vineyard
• Punch downs three times a day during peak fermentation
• Avg. 21-days on the skins
• Aged for 10 months in French oak (16% new)
• Bottled unfined and unfiltered
• 12.8% abv

Tasting Notes/Press
• Aroma: Springtime in the forest, flowers and new growth along with wild berries. In the mouth, more structure and tannic than previous vintages, but still supple. Flavors of wild dark berries and cardamoms.
