Our 2017 Estate Sauvignon Blanc is stainless steel fermented at a low temperature, aged on gently stirred lees and bottled without malolactic fermentation. This retains the primary aromatics and flavors from our Los Carneros estate. Our Sauvignon Blanc brims with bright citrus and kiwi fruit notes, hints of lush grapefruit, mango and passionfruit, while in the background, subtle hints of lemongrass, gooseberry and lemon verbena add flavorful depth.
