This Fuissé is sourced from three separate parcels, two of which are in Pouilly with the third situated in Fuissé. The vines are between 25 and 40 years of age and produce a wine with the typical richness and power of this appellation. After fermentation, the elevage is done in a mix of barrel and foudre for one year. This is the classic cuvée of Pouilly-Fuissé from this domaine; approximately 500 cases are available for the US market annually.
