50% Merlot, 50% Syrah

Tucked away in the bottom corner of France in the Cotes Catalanes sits Domaine de Majas, a longtime staple of Louis/Dressner, and The Wise Old Dog. Majas’ Rosé has long been our “Thanksgiving Rosé.” Majas only farms orgainically, vinifies naturally, and uses a 50/50 blend of Merlot and Syrah in their Rosé. This gives the wine a bit of depth and structure despite being light in body and high in acidity. It’s fun and versatile with bright red fruit flavors. Pairs with: Pretty much anything.
