Some folks need all day. Sometimes you just need a day off. How could you possibly be expected to handle school on a day like this? Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra combine to form a trinity of pine, citrus and dank while a dry but punchy malt bill carry the hefty hop bill. At 5.1%, Ferris is one righteous dude.
