Hanging Hills Brewing "Jalamanta" IPA

With a pillow like malt bill consisting of mash sticking quantities of oats and wheat and layered additions of Nugget, Waimea, Sultana and Chinook hops, it is, as the Brant Bjork song goes, Automatic Fantastic.

We’re tasting (so far): pineapple candy, jolly rancher berry, spruce duff, unexpected wafts of weed, delicate juiciness and prickly pear.

ABV: 6.5%
