Henri Boillot is one of the premier producers in all of Burgundy for his strict approach to quality sourcing in the vineyard, and focused vinification in cellar. The wine is fermented and aged in wood for 10 months in a mix of used and new barriques (small barrels). This is top tier Bourgogne Blanc.
