Named for Roald Dahl's made up language, this dynamic sour ale strikes a balance of tradition and innovation. Gobblefunk is brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and fermented with Lactobacilis Brevis and Saison yeast. The final product boasts 252 pounds of Boysenberry puree for a fruity finish and a Wonka-ish purple color.
