Hog River Brewing "Phizz Whizzer" Peach Melba Sour

Born out of love for that old school dessert, Peach Melba, which features warm peaches and raspberries melting over vanilla ice cream. Brewed with pilsner, wheat and milk sugar, fermented with Lactobacilis Brevis and conditioned on fresh vanilla beans and more than 200 lbs. of peach and raspberry puree for a bright, tart berry punch.
