Hog River Brewing "Razztwizzler" Sour

Brewed with Pilsner, wheat and milk sugar. This new release pours a hazy purple-ish pink with a strong raspberry aroma with a touch of sweetness. This is one of our more tart sours from the addition of more than 240 pounds of raspberry, which is a naturally tart fruit. To kick this beer up a notch we added 10 pounds of lime peel for a hint of zesty citrus character that is the perfect compliment to the warming days of spring.
