It undergoes a 96-hour fermentation in brick and concrete tanks before being twice distilled in a stainless steel pot still with a copper coil, then rested for four weeks in a 5-ton concrete egg. Additive-free and bottled at 45% ABV, it offers elegant aromas of buttercup, yellow flowers, wafer cookies, strawberry hard candy, sweet potato, and a forest brook, leading into a bright palate with bold notes of eucalyptus, lemon zest, resin, sweet herbs, and a subtle hint of ocean air on the finish.
