Night Shift "Gravitas" Triple IPA

Movin’ on up! This triple IPA is brewed with citra, mosaic, simcoe and topaz hops. FUN FACT: The name comes from the measurement of the density of the wort which is called Gravity. Gravity tells the brewer how much sugar is soluble in the wort which helps project the ABV of the beer, which in this case was A LOT.
