Signatory Vintage Scotch

"From Signatory's extensive Un-Chillfiltered Collection indie bottling range comes a 11 year old single malt distilled by Linkwood. This one spent a decade of rest in a pair of hogshead casks, maturing from March 2008 to December 2019 before being bottled without any chill filtration."

Nose: Sawdust, clotted cream on scones and a pinch of kitchen herbs.

Palate: Buttery and clean on the palate, with fresh white grapes and clementine. Grassy malt grows, with some peppery heat.

Finish: Mango, lemongrass and sticky honey.
