Manzoni Bianco is a "cross" of Pinot Bianco and Riesling. Dry succulent stone and orchard fruit, crunchy acidity, and an electric backbone make for a wine that's as easy to crush while you grill, or serve up on a fine table with thick-cut swordfish and a fresh salad of baby arugula, tomato, finely chopped garlic, kalamata olives and a balsamic vinaigrette.

Fewer than 3000 bottles per year of this rare Manzoni Bianco are produced each year. This scarce bottling is some of the very best we've tasted.
