Sinegal 'Estate' Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley, 2021

From the winery: The 2021 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon off our estate and surrounding vineyards is an absolute stunner. The aromatics are vibrant and energetic with ample dark cherry, mocha, and sweet tobacco. The palate is elegant and refined while still maintaining remarkable depth that never lets up. Silky tannins lead to a beautiful backdrop of bright acidity and red fruit followed by a long lingering finish. The 2021 vintage is drinking beautifully now and will only continue to improve as it ages.

Vintage Notes

The 2021 Harvest season was remarkably smooth and uneventful, a stark contrast to the 2020 fire season. Little rain and moderate temperatures throughout the growing months gave way to a low yielding, and flavor-intensifying crop. The wines produced from this harvest are dramatic, yet elegant, showing promise of becoming one of Napa's premier vintages,
