Cellier Du Pont D'Arc Pinot Noir Ardeche, 2021

TERROIR: Buis d’Aps, a small locality next to Alba-La-Romaine in France, is a clay-limestone terroir whose hillsides offer the best slopes to grow this Pinot Noir.

WINEMAKING: This cuvee follows strict rules which are applied with constancy: limited yields, hand picking, and partial oak barrel aging.

TASTING: Bright ruby color promises a characterful wine. Full-bodied and round, with ripened fruit aromas and fine spice notes. This is an elegant wine with soft tannins.

FOOD PAIRING: Perfect with charcuterie platters and hard cheeses, red meats, cold buffets and white meats.
