description

Weißburgunder (pinot blanc) from several parcels of young vines grown in loess soils. Aged for just 6 months on the lees, the wines are able to find a natural stability and genuine expression of itself before bottling. The long aging time on the lees also allows for a wine that is softer around the edges, but still precise in its freshness. Salty, fluffy, with a fine acidic backbone.
