Sforzato is the wine born from the wind, it is born from the natural drying, for over 100 days, of the Nebbiolo bunches harvested in the highest vineyard, at 600 metres, in the Convento San Lorenzo area.
Nebbiolo collected in small boxes and left to dry in the fruit room until the end of January. Intense, enveloping, with complex and persistent aromas.
