It comes from the hills facing south and from other small vineyards with similar characteristics, where the soil of volcanic origin is deep and rich in clay and silt.

Balanced and savory wine, with a fascinating evolution where notes of aromatic herbs, white flowers and citrus fruits coexist. Structured on the palate, with an important mineral note that refers to the volcanic matrix of the soil. Soft, long in the finish, with marked longevity and harmony.

The wine ages in steel tanks on its fine lees for about 6-8 months with constant batonnage.
