A plentiful sensation fills your nose with elegant aromas of dark red fruits, plums and black cherries; almost like grapes being crushed during harvest. Its fruity character complements with beautiful notes of dried violets very distinct to this varietal, but integrates well with a subtle herbal note of sage. At first, it's difficult to pin point as Malbec, but the absence of oak and style of winemaking allows the drinker to see the pure expression of this grape. It's delicate yet powerful aromatics accompanied by a mellow, smooth but juicy sip on the palate makes it very unique in comparison to other examples of this variety.
