Azul y Garanza "Naturaleza Salvaje" Blanco, 2021

This wine is made of 100% Garnacha Blanca. We would pair this with a hearty grilled swordfish and braised white beans, or spicy shrimp kebabs. A loud floral nose is followed by bright and textured citrus and orchard fruits on the palate. Native yeast fermented in clay amphora, with 5 days of skin contact for a clean, complex, flavorful and natural orange wine. Azul y Garanza's vineyards are found in the beautifully landscaped Bardenas Reales Natural Park in the Navarra region in northern Spain.
