Often crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, once this bottling has had a moment to rest in the Cellar upon arrival, this presents as one of the truly fine wines of the World. Deep intense and complex flavors reveal in layers from first aroma through a wildly long finish. I love this vintage expression with a prime flat iron steak frites or caviar lavished on simple sliced cucumber...or favorite potato chips. Remarkably special and delicious.
