Winemaker: "In the range of wines from friends, I named Rosé Roséphine. During its vinification, the idea came to concentrate our Rouge Cerise cuvée by bleeding Syrah, but also to use Grenache. The marriage of the two grape varieties offers a beautiful variation of red fruits. Expressive nose of raspberry, strawberry, gooseberry, pink pepper and milk caramel. Tart and greedy mouth. Serve chilled at 12°C, perfect for an aperitif with friends, Mediterranean risotto, piquillos and grilled meats."
