Made from 100% organic Chardonnay, this blend consists of 60% 2019 grapes, 20% 2018 grapes, and 20% 2017 grapes from Mareuil-sur-Ay 1er Cru, Oiry Grand Cru, and Chouilly Grand Cru. Fermented and aged in stainless steel and aged for 36 months on lees, this champagne has a dosage of 6g/L for the perfect balance of crispness and complexity. Pair with raw oysters or Dover Sole.
