Bodegas Mokoroa Getariako Txakolina Blanco, 2022

A mixture of 85% Hondarrabi Zuri and 15% Charddonay - crushed and immediately put into the press. Its intense fruity aromas, typical of the variety, are reminiscent of peach, apple and fresh grass, and it also has certain floral nuances. On the palate, the txakoli is fresh, balanced and with a unique bitter touch. Delicate aftertaste where an acidic flavor emerges.
