Domaine Collin Cremant de Limoux Rose, NV

This wine is a delightful blend of 75% Chardonnay, 15% Chenin Blanc and 10% Pinot Noir. Plenty of tart wild strawberry and grapefruit. The lovely citrus and red fruit flavors are backed up by lovely acidity. Limoux is the historic home of sparkling wine so open at your next celebration or with a fishermen's platter.
