Distillers; made to reflect its historic house style. Proofed with Allegheny Mountain spring water drawn from the original Hughes family estate in Bedford County, PA. 9 Years Old, Aged in Char #4 Barrels. Aromas of vanilla buttercream and fresh fennel transition to a palate of big spice and medium-roast coffee with milk, finishing with a pronounced note of rye grain and light smoke.
