Château Beausejour Empreintes Blanc VDF, 2021

This wine is made of 60% Semillon and 40% Muscadelle. Pour some into a pot with some butter and boil some mussels, and serve with fries cooked in your favorite oil and seasonings. We would fry them in duck fat and top with rosemary and Maldon sea salt flakes. This "Bordeaux Blanc" has elements of tart pear, citrus, green mango, and a lovely texture that go great with saline shellfish. Unfined and unfiltered, with no sulfites. Certified organic and biodynamic, the Dupuy family has saved only their best old vines for this refreshing cuvée.
