Chateau Haut-Reys Graves Rouge, 2019

We discover here a cuvée dominated by Merlot, accompanied by Cabernet Sauvignon, all vinified in the traditional way. A wine that reveals notes of red fruits with supple tannins and a charming character. An ideal wine for the aperitif with a selection of cold cuts, which also goes well with a good roast beef. But also salads, duck, veal, cheese or dessert with dark chocolate are great companions.
