Domaine Armand Rousseau Pere et Fils Gevrey-Chambertin, 2019

There are 69 different climates located between 240 and 380 meters above sea level for a total area of ​​359 ha in the commune of Gevrey-Chambertin.

The appellation descends far to the east of the RN 74 thanks to the Combe Lavaux which brings many elements from the plateaus. It is the most influential valley on the coast. Even on low soils, the high stoniness gives very good drainage capacity.

The Domaine has 10 different plots but only 8 of them participate in the blend of Gevrey Village. The plots of Champs Chenys and Reniards having been leased.

The Estate also downgrades grapes from Premiers Crus every year:

The assembly of these different plots is carried out upon receipt of the harvest.
