The Mount Hermon Indigo is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah (also known as Shiraz) fruit harvested from our vineyards on the cool Golan Heights. The combination of these two classic red varieties gives the wine its pleasing indigo color. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation and aged in stainless steel tank.
