Fun facts: The wine is equal parts from seven grapes planted in the same vineyard: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Arbane and Petit Meslier. The wine's tagline is: "One Soil, Seven Grapes".
Winemaking: Each variety is vinified separately in oak barrels on the lees for about a year and go through malolactic fermentation. The base wine is pulled from a solera reserve which is then replenished with the wine from the new vintage. The amount of time sur lattes varies and is cited on the wine's back label. While usually released as a Brut Nature, the wine can also come as Extra Brut depending on the bottling.
