Inspired by the traditional West Coast Double IPA style, Pacific Joyride Detour is a variation of our original beloved Westie base. Brewed in collaboration with our good friend Mike of Golden Domer's Brewing, we designed this beer with a more pronounced bitterness, 100% malted barley grain bill, a super clean yeast strain, no biotransformation or whirlpool hop additions, and a crisp, yet delicate water profile to accentuate the malt profile. Massively dry hopped with Simcoe and Vic Secret this time, this 8.7% ABV, 90 IBU beauty is dank, resinous, and earthy, with a touch of tropical sweetness. Everything a West Coast DIPA should be!!!
