Twelve Percent Beer Project with Home Plate Brewing "Home Brew Series: Use The Schwartz" Schwartzbier (12oz, 4pk Cans)

Use the Schwartz is named for a famous line in one of our favorite movies. This lager has been fermented using one of my favorite yeast strains, 2124 Bohemian Lager. Tasting notes of caramel, toffee, and chocolate can be found with this beer, which is brewed in one of the world's oldest styles. Schwartzbier means "black beer" in German.
