This wine is 100% Gamay from the Morgon vineyard 'Corcelette.' True to Cru standards this wine is bigger and bolder than many of its Beaujolais neighbors. Coming from 70 year old vines, this wine presents with tart cherry, leather, and a hint of blackberry. Perfect pairings would be, your favorite goat cheese and a good book, or roast veal with Provençal herbs.
