Weingut Diem d'Ora 'Orange' Niederösterreich, 2022

This wine is made of 90% Grüner Veltliner and 10% Roter Traminer (Gewürztraminer). We would pair it with a citrus and herb salmon. It is dry and refreshing with notes of grapefruit, yellow peach, and a slight spice. Slightly bitter at first but it opens up nicely with each sip. The grapes are 100% organic, and the vineyard dates back to 1848.
