- Produced in accordance with the Demerara Rum Geographical Indication
- Distilled from 100% molasses primarily in DDL’s heritage four-column metal French Savalle still and multi-pressure rectification still (MPRS)
- Aged for approximately 6 months before bottling
- A familiar Diamond Distillery nose of buttered popcorn and vanilla bean with grassy sugarcane fibers; a feisty palate of cotton candy, brown sugar, and charred bell pepper finishes with a hint of banana candy and marshmallow
- 75.5% ABV
