Spain is known for its diverse wine regions, indigenous grape varieties, and rich winemaking tradition. Some of Spain's most famous wine regions include Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Priorat, and Rías Baixas. Tempranillo and Garnacha tower the red production, while Albariño is a white prized for crisp acidity, floral aromas, and citrusy flavors.
