This lovely wine is made from Xarel-lo, Macabeu, and Parellada. Unlike the wines of Cava, Penedès produces sparkling wines with grapes grown from 100% estate vineyards. The wines of Albet i Noya have stood the test of time, maintaining their approach to making primarily delicious wines of place through organic farming. They have managed to create a Penedès that is easily as approachable and enjoyable as it is complex, interesting, and mouthwatering. Pair it with gambas al ajillo or tinned mackerel with toasted sourdough, and experience honestly grown, organic produce in a bottle.

A Clàssic Penedès all-rounder with the traditional blend of the Penedès: Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. Versitile with food, it will surely keep you company in your best moments.

Aromas of herbs and fresh flowers combined with a background of perfectly ripe white fruit. In the mouth, it is refreshing but at the same time has the complexity of a sparkling wine aged for 15 months.
