Details

From the importer: Grown on a historic 17th century vineyard in La Seca, Valladolid, D.O. Rueda, dry farmed old vine Verdejo is hand harvested on cool evenings and Destemmed, macerated with skins for aroma development, then fermented using only indigenous yeast. The wine is then aged 6 months on fine lees, giving in a beautiful texture.
