• Mash bill of 73% white corn, 17% malted barley, and 10% white winter wheat
• Sweet mash fermented
• Water for production comes from Castle & Key’s historic key-shaped limestone spring
• Distilled in 24-inch and 36-inch Vendome copper column stills and a 375-gallon doubler
• Aged 7 years in char #3 new American oak barrels
• Oatmeal raisin cookie, baked peaches, lilac, and orange peel on the nose lead to a palate of butterscotch and baking chocolate complemented with dried cranberry and clove with a finish of brown sugar, toasted walnut, and leather
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 52.9% ABV
