We stole my wife's station wagon and drove to Bourbon Country. Thomas reminded on our snowy journey that he had never been to my favorite American Distillery... how could that be?!
We woke up the next morning and headed to the rickhouse where Allie and I first visited twelve years ago (2014)... a time in another era...another era of business, another era of the market, another era of The Wise Old Dog...and, notably, before I knew that a young man I had just met named Thomas would be my best friend someday soon and ever after so many years later.
